I had to create a trust for a family asset I owned. I had a lot of questions about different types of trusts and the details of the trust. Attorney Scott was extremely thorough in explaining everything. And after each meeting he made sure I was absolutely comfortable with my understanding. As a resul...t it took over 5 months and 5 or 6 meetings to complete the trust. Mr Scott was very patient and thorough and the fee was fixed (not hourly). Overall I am very pleased with Mr. Scott's work and would highly recommend him for all estate planning services.
