Signed contract, & gave $6000. In December Contract stated we would receive monthly itemized statements, and work would be by him, @ 300 per hour, but mostly by his paralegal @ 50 per hr. We only received e-mails from his paralegal. first statement was received in July, with a balance due of $19,0...00. We fired him on the spot. He had charged us only at his rate, and had hired another lawyer @ $400 per hr. He had broke his own contract. We had hired him to write a "Brief " for the Appeals Court. We also gave him 2 other Briefs from lower Courts. Murrays Brief did not contain any new information.
