Glen did an excellent job with evicting a tenant.
Glen and his staff worked very hard for me in dealing with a very difficult tenant situation. There are many others in this profession but Glen is the professional. In every step of the proceedings I felt like he had my back.

Eviction disaster
Mr Navis assured me he could handle the eviction of my extremely difficult tenant. He filed a three day notice incorrectly, never filed a 60 day notice as the law required, and ended up costing me over $2,000 dollars in legal aid fees and his own fees.
