Eric Randall Acevedo

Eric R. Acevedo is an Associate Attorney in the Labor and Employment Division at Goyette & Associates, Inc. He provides representation for public employee association clients, specially peace officers and various other city and county employees in the state of California. His primary focus is protecting union members rights under the Police Officer’s Bill of Rights (POBR).

In addition Eric also serves as a Panel Attorney for RN Guardian, and EMS Guardian license defense service for registered nurses, EMTS and Paramedics in the state of California. Eric personally represents registered nurses in defending licenses coming under accusations by the California Board of Registered Nursing, the EMSA Authority or the LVN Board for accusations stemming from DUI, diversion, gross negligence or incompetence allegations. Eric’s representative experience includes:

Eric began his employment with Goyette & Associates as a clerk where his primary focuses was in legal research. Eric has a strong background in sales and marketing. Prior to becoming an attorney, Eric has worked overseas for a multinational distribution company located in the Netherlands where he helped develop a marketing plan for expansion into the United States. He has worked in the sales and advertising divisions of an information company as well as a position for a large real estate company in the northwest, assisting in the processing real estate transactions.
