Mr. Schlueter took my DUI case and handled it masterfully. He explained to me that there are two battles to fight; 1. with the DMV and 2. with the courts. Mr. Schlueter took on the DMV and won! I didn't lose my drivers license. Next he took on the DA. Because he use to work for the DA and is on ...first name basis with most of the attorneys who work their he knew how far we could push and for what. I never had to go to court or to the DMV; he went for me. End result is I ended up with a "reckless driving" charge and had to attend a class. Comparatively to other DUI attorney's his fees are a bit low but the quality of service is very high. Of course he can only do so much and ultimately you are accountable for your situation but given the circumstances he will provide you with good council and help you get a fair judgement for your case; much better than if you did it alone.
