Motorcycle Accident

After I was hit by a woman while on my motorcycle I didn't really know where to turn. Their insurance company paid for the loss of physical items but nothing for the injury. I was referred to Mr. Davis and after the initial meeting with Kerry I felt confident that I would get some compensation. I ...was kept informed the entire time as to what was going on. I believe I got the best compensation I could from the accident considering the circumstances. Even better then I expected. Before the settlement was complete I was given options as to what I could do (settle or go to court for greater compensation) but after a consultation with Jeffery I feel we reached the best resolution we could.

Professional, Honest, Quality Legal Services.

I must admit that I was skeptical of lawyers based on my father's experiences in the past but Mr. Davis, Kerry and his staff changed that. They delivered expert services, with my best interests in mind. Through out the process, I well informed with respect to what was happening and what might happe...n in my case as a victim in a motorcycle accident. I felt that I had the best possible representation then and I still do today. They treated my case with the importance and attention that it needed. I'd definitely call on them again and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Honesty

I felt very secure in the information that Mr Davis gave me was always honest and never did Mr Davis lead me on I would recommend Mr Davis to anyone who would be in need of a lawyer for any legal problem.

Great Results, Even Better Service

I used Mr. Davis's services a couple of years ago. So when I had an accident and the other guy denied that he caused it, I knew I had to call him again. Mr. Davis initially said that he would fight hard and give me the best personal service. Boy, did he. First, the other driver lied about his f...ault. Then his insurance company denied my claim. Then when I had recovered from my injuries, we sent a settlement demand, but his insurance company tried to "low ball" me with an outrageously low offer. Mr. Davis met with me and calmed me down. Mr. Davis said "It's time to take off the gloves". Well, a short two months later, I was fully recovered and feeling good. All my medical bills were paid, my lost wages were reimbursed and I had a settlement in my pocket that more than fairly compensated me for all the hurt and hassle caused by a careless, lying driver. It is refreshing in this age of crappy service to actually get what is promised and expected. Mr. Davis's experience and determination made all the difference.
