I came in with a very difficult case after being involved in a car crash while (8) months pregnant with my baby boy. I was scared because the insurance company for the other driver was blaming me for causing the accident. No police report was prepared since the police officer did not believe the acci...dent was that serious. It was my word against the other driver's. In addition, I was experiencing preterm labor symptoms after the accident and wasn't sure if that's something I could be compensated for. After attempting to save our home and modify our mortgage with no success, we hired Louis White to represent us against Bank Of America who offered a modification and then denied it with no reason.
