Angela Lee Diesch

Angela Diesch is managing partner of the law firm Diesch Law Group, APC. Ms. Diesch's legal practice has been primarily dedicated to representing and defending the natural and organic cosmetics industry.  To ensure legal compliance and the identification and mitigation of legal risks, Ms. Diesch provides clients industry focused legal advice and counsel, class action litigation defense, and contract, label, and marketing review. She has defended numerous companies in actions involving challenges over the marketing terms “organic,” “natural,” and “Made in USA,” as well as drug and efficacy claims, brought under California’s Unfair Competition Law, False Advertising Law, and Consumer Legal Remedies Act. Ms. Diesch is Chair of the Global Retailers & Manufacturers Alliance's Joint Committee on Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetics, advisory board member to the newly formed NOHBA, regularly speaks and publishes articles pertaining to the legal and regulatory issues facing the cosmetics industry, hosts and organizes the legal seminar, “Looking Good in the Eyes of the Law: Cosmetics Compliance,” and authors the blog at .
