Similar experience as others have posted. She seemed really aggressive whdn i first met her and liked that feeling like she would get the job done but she was very spacey and even missed one of my court dates.... I was left there not being able to do anything in court. On top of everything it turns o...ut she never completed my custody paperwork after she was paid in full. My remaining retainer was refunded (on good terms of course) yet the court tried to contact her because she filed my paperwork wrong!! I contacted her for her corrections because we were moving and needed it to be accurate (we are military family , so it's kind of important moving state to state) and she was very rude and told me she didn't have to correct it but she would and I needed to sign her off as my attorney first which didn't make since... Come to find out she never fixed it. Don't waste your money here!

I wish I found this site before I hired Cherie DArcy. She has horrible client Attorney comunnication skills! It was a huge mistake to hire her. She never returned calls or e- mails. She has a second job running a dog kennel/training business. When you call her office you'll hear dogs barking in the b...ackground. She very unprofessional with a heavy fee of $250 an hour. She was late to our appointments numerous time and when so did show up she was covered in dog hair. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this attorney you'll be better off. She does not keep you informed till the last minute shell demand paperwork from you because she's so unorganized.
