Biography
I have significant experience in complex civil litigation and business disputes, including class action litigation, throughout the State of California. In representing automobile dealers, I have handled Consumer Legal Remedies Act, Automobile Sales Finance Act, Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, misrepresentation, fraud, employment and personal injury matters. I have also defended clients in Americans with Disability Act claims.
As part of my non-work life, I believe it is important to give back to my community. I have been active in Rotary since 1996 and am currently with the Rotary Club of Los Gatos where I am involved with the Enterprise Leadership Committee which teaches high school juniors about entrepreneurialship, am a cook at the annual CrabFest/Auction, and serve as the Club Secretary.
