Second, every client gets a monthly update letter telling them what has occurred over the past month, what is going to happen in the future, and what we need from the client.

Beyond our excellent customer service, the thing that makes a better than other firms is that we have a proven success rate. We get good results for our clients that are facing tough situations. We work the case, prepare hard, and are aggressive against the opposition.
I have been practicing law since 2004. I have been successful by treating my clients like valued customers, by not overcharging for my representation, and by aggressively representing my clients.
I have extensive experience in personal injury, family law, and criminal law. I have appeared at over 1000 criminal parole hearings. This gives me the natural ability to represent you in either your divorce or your personal injury cases to help you get the result needed. Nothing works better than experience.
As far as costs, I offer a variety of payment options.
In family law and divorces, I have three basic options.
1. The traditional hourly rate or retainer
2. Flat-fee or limited scope of representation
3. Document preparation or pro per help
In personal injury cases, we offer rates from 25% to 40% of the settlement. If we take your case, you can pay nothing until the case settles, as it is on a contingency basis.
The bottom line is that I will fight for you to get the best result possible. I will treat you fairly and with respect. That is what sets me apart from the other attorneys.

Custody issues

My Divorce
