“Discipline case has no applicability to present as discipline related to handful of cases with contingency fee retainer agreement the bar said was excessive fees. (Incidentally, many law firms charge $250 an hour on guaranteed hourly fee cases, not high-risk disputed liability contingency cases I was handling.) Contingency fee structure was mistake and was implemented over a brief window of time and was and never will be used again. No relevance to present.”
