George Fogy

Attorney George Fogy graduated from Hastings Law School in 1994. He ran several businesses before deciding to become a lawyer in 1999.

He now advocates for injury victims in the personal injury and workers’ compensation practice areas and worked as a work comp defense attorney for 10 years before opening his own practice in 2012. Attorney Fogy is well-versed in all the ins and outs of the insurance companies and their law firms, the way they handle claims, and—too often—resist giving deserving claimants the relief they deserve.

He prides himself on bold and fearless approach to his clients’ goals both in and outside the courtroom.
