I lost my home because mr tulley didnt file my papers at the court house.

I bought my mobile home from the mhp I lived in. I put $10,000.00 down. The selling price was $25,000.00. I lived in it for 13 yrs.from day one, mgmnt allowed me to pay my mortgage and space rent in payments instead of a lump sum on the first of the month.there were 3 different husband & wife managem...ent teams. They also allowed me to make pymnts. In 13 years I was never told I was behind and getting further behind each year. I never received a written notification either. In August 2012, I was informed by the new mgrs I was $7000.00 behind and they had begun eviction proceedings against me.I had saved almost every receipt since I moved in. I was told to get all my receipts together and bring them to the office that I had 2 days to do this. I called Judy Callahan, the mgr, and she told me the main office hadn't sent the 'ledger ' yet, but she'd call me when they did and we'd go over everything. I call 3 times the first week and every 2 days the next week. The mgr kept stalling. I asked her to just sit down with me and look at my paperwork. She refused. She said 'not without our attorney present. It was then I knew I needed an attorney. My neighbor recommended Mr tulley. I didn't know at that time he was a pro bono attorney. He charged me $100.00 an hour. He came to my home several times to talk to me and collect his fee and to pick up any paperwork I had been served. He wrote 2 requests for a meeting between us and them. They still refused.in the meantime, they were proceeding with the eviction. I got the unlawful detainer on a Monday, I called Mr Tulley. He said he'd file the papers before the 5 day deadline was up. He never did that. He went on vacation. The next thing I new was I had defaulted and I had 1 week to vacate my home. I was 62. Disabled and in a wheelchair. I had no money. At this point, he returned the money I'd paid him and asked me to 'discharge ' him. I lost my home. Then he tells me if I go quietly the mgrs here will pay his fees and he'd try to get $200.00 from them to help me out! I paid $47.000.00 for my home. IT WAS PAID OFF IN FULL. I WAS NOT GIVEN PROPER REPRESENTATION.
