EXCELLENT LEGAL ADVICE

He was very attentive to my legal situation and followed through to a very satisfactory legal solution. I would recommend him to friends needing his expertise.

Rank case

I was sued as a defendant for fraud, misrepresentation, and conspiracy. After 5 years of delay the case came to trial before a jury in Placer County Superior Court. After 3 days of trial the jury returned a not guilty plea for all defendants. I t was Richards knowledge of real estate law and well doc...umented exhibits for the defense that caused the jury to return their verdict. While it is still possible for people only remotely involved to be sued in what intended to be a shake down for money. It is good to know that being well represented will allow the truth to to be told.

Richard A. Hall Review

Mr. Hall defended me in a difficult lawsuit involving a house foreclosure. The case went on for over a year and we eventually prevailed. The fee was quite reasonable considering the amount of time spent on the case and the exposure to damages. We paid the other party nothing nor did we go to cou...rt.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
