I had a case against Mr. Goodwin. He represented my wife. It was a long 3 year battle. He represented her interests well. In the end it came to a fair result. Most of the problems were my own doing. I write this review because I believe the negative reviews do not accurately relay the lawyer I ...litigatedt against. He is a quality lawyer.

Unfortunately, Harrison’s performance was far less than I believe meets any reasonable standard of competency, e.g.: • Although I insisted that he do so, Harrison failed to obtain subpoena’s to document the misuse of funds and commingling of community funds. • Harrison failed to doc...ument the misuse of funds provided by me for the payment of community debts, and the simultaneous accumulation of community debt on credit cards by my ex. • Harrison accepted at face value erroneous financial information provided by opposing counsel, and refused to subpoena documents for the correct information. • Harrison failed to obtain real property estimates to counteract low estimates provided by opposing counsel. In spite of my protestations to the contrary, Harrison accepted at face value all information provided by opposing counsel. Overall it was a nightmare to work with him!
