My goal is to provide proactive legal services to keep business owners away from litigation. I provide assistance with all aspects of your business from incorporation to employee management to closing your business or selling your shares.
Small and Mid Size Business owners need legal representation or advice for everyday business matters such as contract negotiation, hiring and firing decisions, employee handbook help and collections but not necessarily full time corporate counsel. Many businesses choose not to obtain legal advice because they think it will cost too much. Law firms have high hourly rates which also can lead to uncertain legal costs. The solution is part time corporate counsel services. Businesses can pay a monthly fee for which I provide you a guaranteed number of hours per month. I handle any corporate issue you need assistance with much like full time corporate counsel would. You know what your legal fees are monthly and know you have someone you can trust advising you on legal matters that could make or break your business.
I also provide services on an hourly basis.

I have assisted with wage and hour disputes and successfully negotiated winning resolutions that avoided litigation. I have created, negotiated and administered large and small business contracts. I can and will get the job done efficiently and correctly.
