Paul Brisso has been Council for the Humboldt Bay Harbor, Recreation and Conservation Distict (District) for over six years. Over that time, I have interacted with Paul 2-3 times per week on all facets of local government law covering personnel, property, liens, leases, agreements, contracts and ins...urance issues. In all of these interactions, I have found Paul to be very professional, knowledgable, and go the extra mile to help solve the sometimes complex legal issues that face a special district.
