Kathleen and her secretary Bobbie helped me tremendously in one of the most difficult times in my life. She took on my DUI case(s) without judgement and made me feel that everything is going to be OKAY even when you are in your darkest moments (even typing this I still get tears in my eyes). I cannot... thank Kathleen and Bobbie enough for how well they treated me and how much they helped me with not only my case but emotionally too. I'm a disabled combat veteran who suffers from pretty bad PTSD. The police were called to my home late at night because I was yelling and shouting. Long story, short... I was arrested for a felony domestic violence and child endangerment. I had neither assaulted anyone or endangered anyone, especiall...y my children. I have never been in any legal trouble...ever, yet it was a felony. I was scared and confused....until I met Kathleen and instantly I got a feeling that everything would be ok. She took charge and began pressuring the DA to reduce my felony to a misdemeanor.
