Kathleen was able to get my case dismissed after I successfully completed a mental health diversion program which she had recomme...nded to me when we first talked. Although the diversion process took longer than I wanted too I’m glad that it ended in a dismissal. I felt that I was adequately represented and got my moneys worth. The best part was that I didn’t have to appear in court at all except once virtually for a zoom meeting for the arraignment.
