Rory Allan Hanson

I was served with a custody suite at 4 pm on a Friday. The following day, my daughter and I were leaving to visit my family on the east coast for 3 weeks. The court date was for the following week, (my 'x' knew we would be in FL and I did not know an attorney). I feared if I was not represented in... court, I would forfeit custody. My daughter was crying as she read the papers, and I started calling attorneys out of the yellow pages. Mr. Hanson was the only attorney willing to hear my situation at the last minute. After calling all of the attorneys, I started recalling them all. Mr. Hanson's calendar was already full, but he agreed to consider my case if I was willing to bring my daughter by first so that he could talk with her privately and see how she felt. After speaking to my daughter for 20 minutes, he agreed to take our case and represented me. My daughter is now 35 and she often speaks of how much she admires Mr. Hanson and what a cut throat horrible attorney her dad had. She does not understand that in the end, the client is who directs the attorney and that her father did not have to be so vicious. However, I do believe my daughters admiration for Mr. Hanson speaks clearly of his concern for his clients and their children. Since then, I have remarried. We used Mr. Hanson to draw up our prenuptial agreement so that in the case of divorce, we could settle things without the need for a court battle. I highly recommend Mr. Hanson as an attorney.

Mr. Hansen made much more out of the reasons we were divorcing than I thought needed. He really pushed amd coached me the underhanded unethical ways of handling my case. He suggested that I take parental rights from my spouse even though I felt it was wrong. Come to find out that this keeps the m...oney rolling in for them because we had to keep going back to mediation over and over$$$$$$$$$ He was also not upfront about his fees and charged for ridiculous items. Find a powerful lawyer who is ethical! Do NOT rip your family apart like I did listening/following their advice. Get am ethical strong lawyer that believes in mediation immediately you will save your chilrens emotional health and save thousands. I regret deeply doing what they told me to do. My chilren still punish me for kicking their father out of their lives. I hear I'm not alone in how these guys wok :(
