Very unprofessional buyer bewate

I have alot to say, yes I hired him almost 16 months ago. Since then I have paid for other consultations ask him the same questions & get a line of BS, he has yelled at me, drops F BOMBS he tells you want to hear, then does what he wants. He has become extremely friendly with the other counse...lor, I assume it was a mistake but he forwarded an email from her (I wish all my cases were with you) when I asked him about it he put me in my place. Had a no settlement conference 4 months ago, which was a joke, the day before the conference I have emails agreeing to a set dollar amount we would pay, got there next day they wanted more. At the conference the facilitator walked out, I said I know there is more money in har pension he said let's not talk about that now! When the last walked back in I Said the same thing to which I found out there was almost 200 thousand dollars less than the amount he was negotiated with. Should have seen the red flags then, he may be able to help / represent some people. As long as you don't t ask questions especially if it's dealing with him. He is out of line & hasn't done what he said he would, taken 7-8 grand after the no settlement conference approximately 20 thousand dollars & I can't get any response from him to find out if papers I singed 2 weeks ago have been filed. There is much more he has or hasn't done, he hasn't represented me or had my best interest in mind or what would be best for me, makes it very clear he will get paid one way or another. Makes threats of it will cost me alot of money if I don't sign things he wants me to. He gets things from the other Attorney charges me yet fails to send things he is billing me for. He has no help in the office so you get charged his rate & wait. Don't think he is concerned with getting things finalized.(It's easy money for him)which will probably end up costing me my house!!

An Honest no B.S. Man

Im a father who has been struggling to get the truth out about the dynamics in the co parenting situation over our son. Judges and clerks would take one look at me and my sons mother and immediately become biased and treat me like a lowlife while eating up any lie she fed them. She was getting away w...ith it. Luckily Judge Demeo retired and a new Judge was appointed and was in dis belief in how the case was being handled. On the judges own initiative , appointed Mrs Sewell. He was thorough and strait forward. Moms lies and manipulations have been exposed left and right and still are. Everything has been leveled out in fairness to the courts capabilities due to Mr. Sewells good work. These guys are overloaded with work and if anyone has anything bad to say about him, then they themselves are probably not being patient enough or doing their part in trying to make a better life for their child/children. Im speaking out of my own experience and have a lot to be great-full to Mr. Sewell for.

A crook!

I hired Mr. Sewall to counsel me in my dissolution and custody case . Any time I would ask him to have my back he would change the subject or if i would ask him to be aggressive in perusing my interests in the case, he would always say, "It's a marathon not a sprint." or some other generic term to ...put me on the back burner. He took $10,000 from my dad out of his retirement and then did essentially nothing but help me file paperwork, which I'm sure i could of figured out on my own. Now because of him, I haven't seen my children in person in over a year.
