Attorney Eric S. Gullotta is a Sonoma County native. His firm, Gullotta Law Group, was founded in 2009, and focuses on estate planning and taxation law. The office is a proud supporter of Prestwood School PTO, Sonoma Valley Education Foundation, Sonoma Valley Little League, and Becoming Independent, where Attorney Gullotta sits on the Board of Directors. Mr. Gullotta writes a monthly column for the Sonoma Sun titled “Before It’s Too Late”, where he gives readers information on how to avoid estate planning and probate issues that may arise in the future. Attorney Gullotta believes that it is important to be proactive when it comes to estate planning. Mr. Gullotta started his career as a Certified Public Accountant and then went on to get his Master’s degree in Taxation. In addition, he received his law degree from Empire College. As a Certified Public Accountant and a lawyer, Mr. Gullotta has the ability to pick up on tax issues that other attorneys may miss.
At Gullotta Law Group, the team strives to simplify the process of creating or administering an estate plan.
