Kenneth Scott Jacobs

Mr. Jacobs assisted me with handling my mother's estate when she passed away earlier this year, then prepared a Living Trust and associated estate planning documents for my husband and me. Throughout the whole process I was very impressed with Mr. Jacobs' ability to explain complex legal issues in p...lain english. He seemed to really know his stuff, and took the time to be sure we understood everything as clearly as possible (even though we were paying him a flat fee, not hourly billing). I also really liked the fact that he runs a small, relaxed office, and often answers his own phone. Try to get that at a big law firm! In short, Ken Jacobs is not your typical lawyer, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a Living Trust or Will, or to handle an Estate.
