Gary Weiner: Your Main Street Attorney
I'm a seasoned lawyer and internationally recognized mediator. As an attorney I've served the West County community since 1973 and understand the concerns of local neighbors and businesses as well as those of Sonoma County residents at large. Since I first started practicing in 1983 I've represented clients all over the Bay Area and have mediated disputes all over the state.
The dual roles of lawyer and mediator define my practice. Whether I am helping you develop an estate plan, business plan or real estate contract or litigating a personal injury claim, a real estate dispute, representing you in mediation or serving as your mediator, I understand the myriad ways your case can be resolved and seek to assist you in finding efficient and creative and fair solutions.
