Dennis Fordham was a very big asset in setting up a special needs trust for my disabled brother so that he could remain eligible for SSI in 2009. My husband and I were fortunate to connect and then work with Dennis Fordham, Estate Attorney. We went into our first meeting not sure of what we needed to do to establish a trust that not only provided for our descendants but also took care of our disabled adult child.
