I hired Ms. Neibaron to prosecute a patent for my company which was not characterized correctly by the R&D personnel in my company. Grace not only grasped the difficult concepts, identified the problems with the initial approach, including locating prior art that was not known to the R&D department,... but then worked very well with the engineers in the R&D department. Grace diplomatically and gently worked with the R&D department to get them to modify their approach in order to protect the new technology without ruffling feathers.
