I was looking to sell my business in town, (Guerneville), and needed to find a local Lawyer that would work with both myself and the "buyer'. Upon meeting Sebastian, I felt totally comfortable, as he was very professional, straight forward, and honest. I am a person that is very nervous and constan...tly worries about the "what if's", and Sebastian totally made me feel secure, and followed through with all my questions, needs, and wants. Explaining everything to the fullest, as I am not that trusting. Sebastian always made me feel secure and safe, and listened to my worries, and looked into specific concerns I had. He returned my emails, and phone calls as they were made. He worked wonderfully with both myself and the buyer of my business without prejudice, and made us both have a "win'win" experience that concluded beautifully. I would refer (and have) Sebastian to anyone for any legal reason, as his honesty and trustworthyness is so appreciated by me. I felt good from the start with Sebastian, and am very pleased with his professionalism and his ability to communicate with us-we were very clear with what he was doing, and he made our experience wonderful!

My husband passed 3 years ago and I needed to update our trust. Sebastian was GREAT. He reviewed everything, made suggestions, and handled all the paperwork including adding my new home to the trust. He was also very easy to understand (no legal mumbo jumbo and was considerate of things going on ...in my personal life.
