Felix Wayne Loya

The Law Office of Felix W. Loya specializes in representing businesses in a variety of business matters, including negotiating and drafting contracts, counseling clients on resolving employment law issues, representing parties in the preparation of real estate leases, resolving disputes involving real property, and advising clients on insurance coverage questions. Mr. Loya has been in practice since 1979. He gained valuable experience with southern California law firms and corporations. In the early 1980s, he worked as in-house counsel for a worldwide engineering company then known as The Ralph M. Parsons Company, now known as Parsons Corporation. Mr. Loya was a partner for several years with Cummins & White, a well-known southern California law firm. In 1997, Mr. Loya opened his own practice in Pasadena, California. In 2017, Mr. Loya moved his practice to Santa Rosa to accommodate a job change for his lovely wife.

Mr. Loya graduated from the California Institute of Technology in 1977 with a degree in biology. He graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 1979, the same year he was admitted to the State Bar of California. Mr. Loya was born and raised in El Pas o, Texas, before going west for college. Mr. Loya and his wife enjoy wine tasting, so the move to Santa Rosa was not a tough decision to make!
