For the last year and a half Bud Klueck, assisted by Ellen Swaim, has represented me in a very difficult divorce, in which the validity of our pre-nuptial agreement was challenged by my wife and then was fully upheld in a ten page decision by the family court in San Diego . I think I could not have f...ound two more competent and talented lawyers to handle my case, or a better office staff to back them up. My case was not a usual one in that it involved relating with lawyers out of state and doing legal research in Virginia , a non-common law state and in California , a common law state and then presenting, with legal precedence, the two types of family law in court in a clear and understandable manner. It is wonderful to win, but most comforting was the fact that Bud and Ellen both worked well and patiently with me, so that I understood and had input with what was happening, as they worked as a team in the three days of hearing before the family court judge.
