A great person in a time of stress, knowledgeable and reliable
mikal is very knowledgeable in contracts and construction issues and was a great help during times of stress especially with dispute resolution and liens issues. He is comfortable with his understanding of the law and offers great advice on how to avoid extended litigation. I continue to use him as a resource even though we no longer live or have a business in california.

Knowledgeable on many legal issues. Displayed experience in communicating our issues to various 3rd parties. Quick to replay to legal questions/research which helps to avoid problems in the first place.

The Attorney You Want!
Mikel prosecuted a very difficult case, making reasoned moves to all of the barrage of legal tricks the opposing attorney tried; then, he was so great in the courtroom, staying to the point and explaining the case through the witnesses, even the ones that were supposedly for the opposition.

Highly Recommend, Great Support
Used for both Real Estate and Business issues. Was always available and I felt always gave me the correct advice to deal with tough situations. I continue to use him and would and have recommended him to many people.

Mikel Bryan of Santa Rosa, California is a good lawyer. He is an old pro. I recommend him to any one with real estate - legal
I liked that Mr. Bryan has accurately predicted everything that has taken place in our dealings with my neighbor. My neighbor sued me over an easement right. It has taken a long time to resolve--the fault of the crappy legal system, not Mr. Bryan's. And it has resolved as Mr. Bryan said it would. He is an "old dog" who seems to know what he is talking about.
