I recently hired Scott Emerick to handle a family matter for us. Scott handled the matter in a vary professional manor and worked diligently on our behalf. The legal system can be intimidating for those of of us who are not use to dealing with legal issues and the court system. Scott stepped up an...d dealt with all of the issues and kept us informed throughout the process, taking the stress out of the experience for us. Scott was able to obtain an outcome to our situation that was way beyond the best scenario that I believed possible. He listened to our requests and was able to meet all of out expectations.
