Very Capable and Professional

My situation was, as many are in divorce, contentious and difficult. There was a vast disparity in earnings between the parties, as well as views on what would be a fair and equitable settlement. Carla is able to sift through all the extraneous details and get to the heart of the matter. She was a...dept at understanding the overarching situation, but also what my goals were for the settlement and how the law would either support or deny my ability to reach them. Her handling of opposing counsel was professional, but determined. And her ability to provide guidance around the structure of the settlement helped to ensure it would be favorable over time. Plus, she's a wonderful and caring person, which makes interacting with her a pleasure.

Never again.

Terrible experience overall as I spent over $20k in lawyer fees in the separation and lost an other $12k/ year in child custody. All that to receive a terrible deal and I am still disappointed years later.
