Theodore Peter Somers

In the year of 2017 and the month of February I was arrested for 2 felony charges that had happen to be not all that it seemed with a incident that occurred with my sons mother . I was currently on felony probation, and I had hired Mr. Somers to represent me. My goal was to be released from county ja...il my next court date and to have all charges dropped or dropped to a misdemeanor. Ted Somers was very good at talking to me about my case and coming to see me in county jail to go over my case with me. He showed that he actually cared unlike most public defenders and even lawyers. Ted did exactly what I had asked of him and got me out my next court date got all the charges dropped execept one but it was reduced to a misdemeanor. I came back a month after release for final sentencing with the possibility of being remanded and or getting hours of community service or alternative custody (ankle monitor) and because he had fought for me and because I was doing what I was suppose to on probation I wasn't given any additional time and we had hit a home run on this case. I appreciate everything Ted had done for me and I would recommend him to anyone in Shasta county . He's a great defense attorney and a great guy to work with . Thanks Ted!
