Before being referred to Robyn, we went to a different lawyer and wasted over a year due to his incompetence; therefore, my husband and I were very skeptical when we first walked into Robyn's office, but after that initial meeting, we relaxed and knew that things were going to be ok from then on. She frequently checked in with us to see how we were holding up and to update us on our case. She gave us her cell phone number and surprisingly, she usually answered. When she didn't answer right away, she would call back within hours. The same could be said about her e-mails. She always replied to our e-mails within 24 hours and usually within a couple hours.
