Kyle M. Fisher

I am a partner with Friedemann Goldberg LLP, specializing in business litigation with an emphasis on unfair trade practices, banking and insurance matters. I have been practicing law since 1987.

I have worked on a wide range of banking litigation matters including financial bond claims, fraudulent transactions, complex loan losses and employee dishonesty. I use this extensive legal experience to help clients make sound decisions through pre-litigation counseling involving demand letters, contract review and cost/benefit analysis of litigation or settlement.

After graduating with my bachelor of arts, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota, I received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. Prior to joining Friedemann Goldberg, I was employed in San Francisco for 12 years with a major international law firm.

I recently served on the Sonoma County Bar Association’s Judicial Evaluation Committee. I have given lectures on accounting for lawyers, banking management and legal writing.
