I’ve had the pleasure of working with Chris Fierro on a few small tasks and he was able to help a family I referred to him with a tenant/mold lawsuit. I can recommend him without reservation for landlord/tenant problems related to lack of repairs, substandard living conditions, habitability and code ...violations, landlord harassment and/or retaliation and personal injury lawsuits arising from injuries caused by mold, lead, asbestos, etc. Mr. Fierro loves his job and it shows. He’s generous with his time and genuinely wants to help those who are uneducated about the laws, those who can’t afford an attorney, and those who are suffering abuses or injuries resulting from their landlord. Mr. Fierro is a tough attorney who doesn’t need to resort to the tactics that many attorneys and landlords utilize to win a suit (like intimidation, bluffing, bullying, lying, cheating, etc.). His experience, foresight and pre-planning gives him significant advantages and allows him to remain in control of your case. This helps prevent the other party from running up your legal costs and puts you in a better defensive position. Mr. Fierro provides value and service to the community and as a bonus he speaks Spanish. He’s a compassionate individual and I have yet to find a better example of an ethical and honest attorney. In dealing with Chris Fierro, he perfected the art of honesty and kindness in helping me resolved an issue I had as a tenant. Chris picks up his phone everytime I called his office. He answers his email and follows up accordingly. These actions calms down a anxious client. Never once he made an e...mpty promise nor gave advice that was phony. He was realistic and very assuring in his actions. After all the great job he has done in helping me recover the loss and inconveniences with my landlord-tenant issue, he went above and beyond his call as an attorney. He waived the fees associated with the services he provided. For me Chris is a more than a "nice" attorney. He is a model to others in making a difference in his client's life. He is worth emulating.
