Joshua M. West has handled a wide variety of civil litigation including personal injury/wrongful death, medical and hospital negligence, real property disputes, and probate and trust contests since 1985. His practice also includes estate planning and probate and trust administrations. Mr. West was recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer in 2012 and 2015 through 2018. Absolutely insensitive and selfish!
I lost my child in a most horrific death and this horrible attorney was so money hungry in the wrongful death/med malpractice case! He pushed me to have a memorial right away for the sake of HIS CASE! I was not close to ready in my grief!!! He was absolutely terrible and then he pushes his Christian ...
