Bob Haroche, is, in short, an exceptional attorney- he is brilliant, thoughtful, conscientious, exceedingly mindful of a client's budget, tactful (but snarky when necessary), highly effective, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Bob has an uncanny ability to assess the most effective course of action in a litigation, and wastes no time honing a strategy for a swift resolution. We have worked with Bob on numerous occasions- he has never failed to resolve our issues positively, effectively, and rapidly. We are fortunate to have such a talented attorney in our area- I refer Bob to all my clients (all of whom walk away impressed), and always look forward to an opportunity to work with him. Working with Bob Haroche is like watching a master at his craft- like playing one-on-one with Michael Jordan- he is, simply, The Best.

Bob Haroche has served as legal counsel for our organization for many years, providing intelligent, informed, and insightful advice on a wide range of complex matters including personnel issues, Brown Act compliance, real estate transactions, and development entitlements. Bob’s command of the law is formidable, and he protects and advises our institution with impeccable skill and integrity. Bob’s forthrightness and practicality are particular strengths; he communicates the ramifications of any proposed course of action clearly and completely. In addition to the legal expertise he offers, we also have come to rely on Bob’s thoughtful, ethical, comprehensive, and nuanced guidance on many issues not directly related to the law. Bob is, in the truest sense, a counselor - as only the best lawyers are.

Bob Haroche represented me and advised that I initiate a real estate partition lawsuit. He failed to advise me of the potential devastating financial consequences of the lawsuit - which resulted in a partition auction. And the loss of my entire net worth. Bob Haroche of the Beyers Costin Simon firm, billed me over $500,000 in fees, which was over twice his estimate, and over 3 times my financial recovery. My experience was that he was not familiar with partition statutes that culminated in an auction - and that his legal strategy was ill conceived and executed. I was poorly advised and represented - although I was consistently assured by him that I would recover my investment and equity in my property - of which I did not. My overall experience with Bob Haroche was awful and the financial outcome of his representation was devastating to me. I would definitely not recommend Bob Haroche!
