He is a great attorney. He is knowledgeable and caring. I feel as though anyone who consults with him is in great hands due to the fact that he has over 30 years of experience with immigration law.
We met with Mr. Kerosky back in 2011. He helped us with our issue in a professional and quick manner. We came back to him a short time later with a more complex issue, regarding immigration of my spouse from Mongolia to the U.S. The process was long and tedious, but Mr. Kerosky, and his office manager, Cristian, helped us through the process. Step by step, we got it done. Without Mr. Kerosky and Cristian, we would have been lost. But now, we are safely home in the U.S. and thankful every day that another attorney recommended Mr. Kerosky to us..

No contesta ni regresa mis llamadas
El señor Kerosky no me contesta las llamadas ni regresa las llamadas. Solo termine de pagarle y se olvido de mi caso. Sus asistentes no saben lo que hacen.

Avoid at all costs
Christopher is a very knowledgeable attorney. However I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. Here is why.
My wife had to apply for a green card. His office sent incorrect information twice, triggering a Request For Information (RFP) twice. The mistakes included incomplete photocopies of her passport, attaching another clients statement to my wife’s application, and forgetting to include signed documents my wife signed... he sent them without a signature.
The mistakes are a result of negligence and gross’s incompetence, not mistakes attorneys of his supposed stature ought to be making.
I emailed him directly requesting that he please review the documents personally because this was causing stress and we feared family separation. He never responded. He never apologized. He never assumed responsibility. My wife’s case was eventually approved after months of stress, frustration, and an attorney that never responded to our worries.
I know at least two other people that have missed appointments with immigration due to his office not informing them or updating them on the status of their case.
Please find yourself an attorney that cares.
