Carla Alejandra Hernandez

Carla Hernandez Castillo graduated from Empire College School of Law in 2011. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology with an emphasis is law and society, from the University of California, Davis. During her first year of law school Ms. Hernandez Castillo interned at the Alameda County Family Law Facilitator's Office. During her third year in law school, Ms. Hernandez Castillo participated as a student in the Self Help Access Center night class, which provides free services to Sonoma County residents. Ms. Hernandez Castillo was also a law clerk for the Honorable Shelly Averill in 2010, prior to Judge Averill's appointment to the bench. Ms. Hernandez Castillo started at Terre Family Law as a Legal Assistant in 2010 and was promoted to Associate Attorney in 2013 when Ms. Hernandez Castillo became licensed to practice law.
