I practice primarily in the business planning, estate planning and civil litigation areas.
I received my Bachelor’s degree from Yale University in Political Science, with a concentration on American Government. During college, I worked in all areas of politics, from grassroots community organizing to campaign finance reform, earning the Frank M. Patterson Memorial Research Prize in Political Science. I was also a four-year member of the Academic All-American Women’s Varsity swim team.
I received my Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University’s McConnell School of Law while additionally taking courses towards a degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution. I studied international dispute resolution in London, England and Geneva, Switzerland. While at Pepperdine, I was a member of the champion moot court team, competing at the Nationals Moot Court Competition and placing in the semi-finals at the Constance Baker Motley Moot Court Competition. Before starting Le + Pelletier, LLP, I served as a clerk to the Screen Actor’s Guild, Senator Barbara Boxer of California and the United States Attorney’s Office of the Central District of California.
I am a member of the American, California and Sonoma County Bar Associations as well as a section member of the Business Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution sections of the California Bar. I volunteer with the American Association of University Women and Kiwanis International and serve on the boards of the Santa Rosa Concert Association and Sonoma County Young Democrats. I am fluent in Spanish and am an avid runner and yoga enthusiast.

The Right Choice
I have worked with a number of lawyers and Erin is very competant. The best part of her service is the free consulations and client communications. It was really nice getting quality service and not charged for periodic update on my case.
"I endorse this lawyer's work. I got a chance to work with Ms. Pelletier on a litigation matter. She was a great help in both preparing for opening statements and voir dire. She has a sharp mind and an engaging personality."
