Do not waste your time or money
Tracy represented my loved one for his youthful offense parole hearing. She did not know the facts of his crime, was not prepared, and did not speak up for him at his hearing. She only had one 30 min. zoom meeting with him to prepare for his hearing. I do not recommend Tracy Lum.

She wasn't ready for the hearing, she ignored very basic information. The members had to showed her my updated information. A shame! A waste of money,
