Do your homework and stop when you have red flag gut feeling...
Quantity guy, rather than a quality lawyer. Does not use phones to talk to clients, does emails only, does not answer questions that matter to the families involved. Never filed a petition for paternity/genetic testing, never filed an RFO after a change in status occurred. I could go on and on, ...

Save your money
Save your money, find a different attorney Mr. Hogan is really good at filing continuances and coming to court unprepared. He took all my money and didn’t accomplish one thing.

Great services
After 10 years of fighting for custody I decided to get a lawyer. I was recommended Tom Hogan. He was pleasant to work with and aggressive in court. Thanks to him I got the 50/50 custody I have been fighting for by myself for 10 years. He will always be my go-to family attorney!

AVOID THIS GUY!
I mistakenly hired this guy for a relatively simple divorce. He did very little, but charged me very much. I eventually hired a different lawyer to get my case moving again. I have never felt so ripped off in all my life. He's one of the worst!
