Quantity guy, rather than a quality lawyer. Does not use phones to talk to clients, does emails only, does not answer questions that matter to the families involved. Never filed a petition for paternity/genetic testing, never filed an RFO after a change in status occurred. I could go on and on, ...but I'll tell you, find you a legal team who cares about their clients expectations and that works for you, not just their wallet. The staff were helpful, the lawyer was not helpful and did not explain why he was not filing anything, other than give me more money give me more money, I gave him $10K and nothing changed.

I wouldn't hire this unprofessional lawyer he's rude and will insult you in mediation he talks for his client knowing he's not suppose to speak . I have faced this joke of a lawyer twice once with a very good lawyer that I would hire 10 times before this guy and once on my own. I recommend Jessica d...orn she ran circles around this guy she's super professional and does her job with detail and efficiently . everything I have said is the truth I'm trying to help other people by not hireing this worthless lawyer save your money and spend it some where else good luck to all of you

Our first meeting he sounded knowledgeable about family court, but that was far from the truth. He hardly said anything during mediation and didn't know my case, I ended up losing time with my son when I was there to see him more. I should of fired him then but it was to late to get another lawyer ...for child support. I now pay 33% of my take home to her. He was again silent and confused in the courtroom, and her lawyer knew it. I could tell he was not well respected by the other lawyers or the judge. It was embarrassing and it cost me dearly. There are better lawyers in Modesto who will charge less and will give more. Stay clear of this guy.
