Matthew Ryan Begoun

Matthew Begoun was born and raised in Stanislaus County and is honored to return to his roots to serve the community that shaped him. He earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA and his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law. Following law school, Mr. Begoun served as a felony prosecutor with the Stanislaus County District Attorney’s Office, as well as other district attorney’s offices, where he gained approximately four years of experience in criminal law.

During his tenure as a prosecutor, Mr. Begoun personally handled thousands of cases and developed extensive trial and litigation experience. His background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the criminal justice system and positions him to advocate effectively on behalf of those facing criminal charges.
