Lightning

I nick named Jim "lightning" because his response time was so fast and also because he brings enlightenment to the situation. And when you reach the resolution you know "lightning has Struck". Jim is tuff but has the maturity to look for the win/win. My best endorsement is that I recommend him to cli...ents.

The Struck Firm

My wife and I chose The Struck Firm to handle our wills recently, not only for their solid reputation, but also for the knowledge and professionalism Mr. Struck brought to the table. We knew he was the right choice after our first meeting. He answered every question we had and the end result was exac...tly what we were in search of. Legal verbage can be pretty intimidating at times and Jim made sure my wife and I knew exactly what everything meant. We felt the whole firm went the extra mile for us and really, what more could you ask?

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
