Hans first took my case and seemed very sure we would win but as the time went by ,and when I say time I mean 5 years, he was little to no help at all. He was a lazy lawyer who did not want to take the fight to them but would rather let the court and police take their time. I’m not sure if he did thi...s because he had ties to the person trying to prosecute me, which he only disclosed 4-5 years later and he had to resign as my lawyer due to that which left me stuck trying to find someone else near my final court dates which was another mission in itself, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND you hire Hans. What took Hans years to try to accomplish took my new lawyers a couple months and with no stress. They actually told me it was one of the easier cases they have dealt with and they did.
