Bruce William Kelley

Mr. Bruce Kelley joined McCormick, Barstow, Sheppard, Wayte & Carruth LLP as an Associate in August, 1993, having obtained partnership status in 1998. In January, 2001, Mr. Kelley relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada to manage our Las Vegas office.

Mr. Kelley has defended both large corporate entities as well as private individuals in general negligence, products liability, intellectual property and premises liability actions. Mr. Kelley has also been involved in Insurance Bad Faith and Water Law litigation. He has participated in numerous arbitration hearings, both binding and non-binding, on behalf of his clients. He has tried cases to verdict in both Federal and State Court in the counties of Clark, Stanislaus, Tulare, Madera and Fresno.
