Alonzo Jarvis Gradford

I paid him 15,000 dollars up front. Full paid attorney who blew me off on many occasions for appointment for case discussion. Kept putting my case out. Kept icnoring phone calls and texts. Actually never has a way to leave him voice messages. He neglects to check or erase previous ones. Never receive...d my discovery from case or any paperwork. Which is my right to have. Put my case out so far. I don't believe I am capable of getting to the video and proof I needed on my behalf because he's neglected my FULLY PAID CASE. HES STILL HAS NOT RETURNED MY FEE OF 15,000 OVER A MONTH NOW SINCE I FIRED HIM. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL IN MY POINT OF VIEW. HE HAD A PAST CLIENT HE DODNT EVEN SHOW UP TO HIS TRAIL FOR REPRESENTATION. HES A WELL PUT TOGETHER MAN. BUT HIS PRIORITY DEFINITELY IS NOT HIS CLIENTS. ITS THE MONEY HE TAKES FROM YOU AND LEAVES YOU TO BE HUNG PUT TO DRY. WITH PUT MY 15,000 FEE HES REFUSING TO GIVE BACK I AM YET LEFT HUNG OUT TO DRY BY HIM AGAIN. I CANT AFFORD ANOTHER 15,000. SO I HOPE I DONT GO PRISON NOW!!! THANKS TO MR. GRADFORDS UNBECOMING BEHAVIOR TOWARDS THE CLIENTS HES SUPPOSEDLY THERE TO HELP. HES A JOKE. HES NOT THE BEST. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME

I found Alonzo through a friend of my new brother-in-law when my son was arrested & accused of many major felonies and was looking at double digit years if convicted. We live in a rural community and the local defense attornies are worthless as is the public (non) defenders office. Alonzo meet with... me and then met with my son and after hearing what we had to say about the charges, he took the case. Alonzo told us upfront that it would be a long process because we had to disprove the DA's case and that's exactly what we did...I say we because we worked with him as a team. He methodically destroyed the biggest felony count (my son was innocent of that charge) and the DA didn't know what happened...I really wish I could've seen his face as most of the "court" dates were the attorneys in chambers with the judge. My son only received jail time and probation after we got a good plea deal. Alonzo has always been completely blunt with my son and with us. We were (and still are) very fortunate that we had Alonzo on the case. This was a new experience for our family as we've never had any reason to hire an attorney (let alone a criminal defense attorney). Alonzo will always be recommended by my family to anyone needing an excellent defense.

As a full-time college student at a top notch university, I was overwhelmed with my course load and the multiple felonies pending against me. What to say about Mr. Gradford, well there's never enough. I have perosnally used Alonzo twice and have never had one conviction. This guy is amazing on my first case I was facing multiple felonies and was scarred of the time I was facing. So when me and Alonzo hooked up it couldn't of been a bett...er option. Alonzo wants what you want. But also Alonzo is the best at finding a way out. I was offered good pleas but we took it to trial and I was acqutted on all 3 charges. If you want a class A performance from a lawyer then this would be your guy. The way he breaks down the D.A you would be trying to figure it out the case like they are. That was just my first case about two years ago. On my most recent case which was about a month ago once again I found myself in a tight position. I once again called Alonzo. This case was a mess the state screwed up my bail and also raided my house. One thing about Alonzo is he will not let the state screw you over, I've never seen a lawyer put so much effort in a case he made all the calls did all the all I had to do is show up. This case I thought there was no return but Alonzo did what he does best stopped it before it whent to trial but the catch is it was completly dismissed. Once again he saved me picked apart the D.A and forced them too dismiss because he showed them they don't have a case. The D.A even looked at it in court for an hour trying to figure out what was going and he couldn't s they dismissed. I've never witnessed anything better than that. This guy put in the effort and you can tell this guy is brilliant never would I call anybody else but him.

I had the blessed opportunity to be granted a consultation with Mr. Gradford. My son had been arrested an charged with a felony which he did not do. After paying another attorney $5000 to defend my son, he STILL got an undeserved felony. After my consultation with Mr. Gradford, I quickly realized tha...t HE should have been my son's attorney. Now my son has a felony from a first offense, and as a mother, I am heartsick. If I ever need a criminal attorney again, Mr. Gradford will definitely be my first and ONLY choice.
